Justin Bieber Butterflies Music Visual

Behind the Visual: Crafting a Lookbook for Justin Bieber’s “Butterflies”

Some moments just hit different.

Recently, I had the surreal opportunity to create a music visual for Justin Bieber. Not a music video, not a commercial, something in between. Think of it as a moving storyboard. A cinematic mood board. A visual experience that captures the feeling of the song before any camera ever rolls.

The track? “Butterflies.”The vibe? Vulnerability in motion. Neon softness. A dream you don’t want to wake up from.

This wasn’t about literal storytelling or choreography, it was about curating emotion. The goal was to build a world around the sound. A visual lookbook that feels like what the song sounds like.

🦋 A lone figure in a crowd, holding up a sign that says “Just Need Love.” 🦋 Neon butterflies fluttering in slow motion through abandoned stadiums. 🦋 Slow pans, subtle glow, surreal lighting, moments that feel like memories from another dimension.

These visuals live somewhere between fantasy and realism. Designed in VEO 3, every scene moves with intention, like flipping through the pages of a graphic novel that breathes.
